Parks College of Engineering Aviation & Technology
Projects that need your help:

Hangar Renovation

Parks College of Engineering, Aviation and Technology conducts its flight training out of the St. Louis Downtown Airport in Cahokia, Ill. The hangar needs major renovations to classrooms, training facilities and offices to attract and retain students. In addition, the upgraded hangar will enable the college to garner a more reasonable lease agreement, which will help sustain the program’s growth.

Goal: $2,500

Fund: Hangar Renovation (11407)

Parks Senior Design

Seniors within Parks College of Engineering, Aviation and Technology have the opportunity to participate in a senior design project. These projects can range from an automatic lawn care robot to small satellite-deploying rockets. Giving to this fund will support students’ procurement of supplies and potential participation in competitions.

Goal: $5,000

Fund: Senior Design Projects (10932)

Parks Summer Academy

Parks College of Engineering, Aviation and Technology provides an Aviation Summer Academy, Engineering Summer Academy and a Robotics Summer Academy for high school students. These camps seek to engage students with the engineering and aviation disciplines and get them excited about the various career opportunities that await them. Your contributions will provide scholarships directly to students who may not otherwise be able to afford the program, as well as ensure that it will be an impactful experience for all who attend. Today, once 10 gifts have been made to the Parks Summer Academy, an additional $1,000 will be unlocked from generous alumnus Frank Magiera. (Parks ’62).

Goal: $5,000

Fund: Pre-College Scholarship at Saint Louis University (11308)
