Billiken Teacher Corps

The Billiken Teacher Corps (BTC) of Saint Louis University is a unique service-learning opportunity for faith-driven college graduates to have a transformative impact in under-resourced Catholic schools in St. Louis, Mo. and Springfield, Ill. For two years, the fellows live in an intentional faith community while teaching full time and earning their Master of Arts in Teaching degree with full tuition remission. BTC fellows live the Jesuit mission of being men and women for and with others.

Excellence & Equity in Education Scholarship

Saint Louis University’s School of Education is committed to helping build a teaching force that is racially diverse and focused on serving students. The Excellence & Equity in Education Scholarship (3E) supports promising future educators facing financial challenges so that they may attend the Saint Louis University School of Education.

Goal: $2,500

Interdisciplinary Center for Autism Services

Saint Louis University's Interdisciplinary Center for Autism Services provides an in-depth diagnostic evaluation for school-age clients that may qualify for a medical diagnosis of autism. These services will reduce the waiting list for autism diagnoses services in the area and provide support for families through the evaluation process. Today, your gift will go toward financial support for low-income families needing an evaluation and school support for special education services, sensory equipment, and testing protocols.

McCulla Bridge Fund Challenge
The Summer Science Research Program for High School Students provides an immersive research experience for high school students from economically disadvantaged backgrounds. In this program, students work with faculty mentors on summer research projects and take part in career readiness activities. Today, once 10 gifts are made to the McCulla Bridge fund, an additional $1,200 will be unlocked by generous faculty member Ryan McCulla. Once 20 gifts have been made, an additional $3,800 will be unlocked from generous alumnus Kyle Howerton. (AS '08).
