Nursing Scholarship Campaign Fund

The Nursing Scholarship Campaign Fund provides scholarships for students in the Trudy Busch Valentine School of Nursing at Saint Louis University. This allows nursing students to focus more on their studies and graduate with less debt.

Advancing Clinical Excellence Fund

The Trudy Busch Valentine School of Nursing is committed to supporting the best practices for teaching nursing students and preparing them for clinical rotations. The Clinical Simulation Lab is designed to prepare students for the reality of clinical decision-making and to develop the skills necessary to be an outstanding nurse. The Advancing Clinical Excellence Fund ensures we can continue to educate our nursing students with emerging e-technologies in a safe, lifelike clinical setting.

In honor of SLU Giving Day, esteemed alumnus Rudi Roeslein (IT ’71) has graciously agreed to give $100,000 to Saint Louis University once we reach 500 donors today. “I am so privileged and honored to help these young adults, who are the future leaders of our country,” Roeslein said.

McCulla Bridge Fund Challenge
The Summer Science Research Program for High School Students provides an immersive research experience for high school students from economically disadvantaged backgrounds. In this program, students work with faculty mentors on summer research projects and take part in career readiness activities. Today, once 10 gifts are made to the McCulla Bridge fund, an additional $1,200 will be unlocked by generous faculty member Ryan McCulla. Once 20 gifts have been made, an additional $3,800 will be unlocked from generous alumnus Kyle Howerton. (AS '08).
